As a personal trainer, I do more than assess your physical strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. I focus on the many elements that lead to a healthier life—your physical health, mental health, and the way you interact with the environment around you. Often overlooked, one of the most important parts of your health and fitness journey are the social and mental elements that drive you. My fitness coaching services provide physical and mental guidance. I also spend the time to teach you how to approach things safely so that you don't get injured while training.
Personal training can support a number of goals beyond weight loss. What are you hoping to accomplish? Feel better in your skin? Conquer a health concern? Improve mobility? Increase strength? Focus on physique? There are so many things you can achieve through training. As a fitness coach, I work with you to identify your goals and monitor your progress to ensure you achieve them. I use the latest technology to provide education, monitor progress, and keep in touch. You have consistent access to me via our app to ensure we’re on the same page.

Fitness Training Services
I work directly with clients to assess their current state and goals, and create a customized plan to get there. I partner with functional technology that helps facilitate communication, provides coaching on technique, and monitors progress. A typical fitness training engagement will look like:
Movement assessment to discover any movement disparities that will be re-assessed throughout the program
Monthly plan delivered through CoachRX, tailored to needs and goals
Consistent access to your coach via app messaging
