About Elite Functional Health

Hybrid health coaching, functional nutrition, and tailored fitness training

We aim to close the gap in the healthcare system between functional and conventional medicine. Our goal is to help improve our clients' mobility, nutritional deficits, and overall well-being.


We offer remote coaching for people of all ages to reach their health and fitness goals. For those in South Florida—stay tuned for in-person options soon! We partner with Elite Spine and Wellness to help their patients improve mobility and achieve overall well-being. This provides streamlined access to our services for their patients. For Elite Functional Health clients outside of South Florida, we partner with Advanced Vitality to provide access to medical care as needed. Consultations with Advanced Vitality are free to Elite Functional Health clients. Our clients also have access to discounts on supplements and some testing through Nutrition Dynamic


Our services fall into two main categories, although many of our clients choose to combine them to get desired results: Functional Nutrition, and Fitness Training.

Our Services

Functional Nutrition

Functional nutrition coaching is intended to understand your specific needs and make recommendations to help improve your wellness. We accomplish this through a number of approaches including: 

  • In-depth assessment and health history 

  • In-depth look at current lifestyle and stressors

  • Recommendations on meal plans, progressions, and any supplements

  • Education of why we are doing what we are doing and how it is going to pertain to your goals

  • Check in Video call 1x a month

  • Consistent access to your coach via messaging system

  • In some cases, bloodwork and tests may be ordered as needed to better identify need and progress

Fitness Training

I work directly with clients to assess their current state and goals, and create a customized plan to get there. I partner with functional technology that helps facilitate communication, provides coaching on technique, and monitors progress.


A typical fitness training engagement will look like: 

  • Movement assessment to discover any movement disparities that will be re-assessed throughout the program 

  • Monthly plan delivered through CoachRX, tailored to needs and goals

  • Consistent access to your coach via app messaging
